Alexandre Bouché

Alexandre Bouché is Executive Managing Director for cdiWorks.

He is an experienced global business professional and solution-centric leader who has led business development and channel partners organizations in both Fortune 500 and non-for-profit environments with a focus on scale, business operations, and strategy design and development.

He has received his MA in Instructional Training from George Washington University and Executive MBA from Georgetown University in Washington DC. 

His last six years have been dedicated to the Healthcare Information, Medical Coding and CDI space, both in Certification and Professional Development. Leading Global Operations for AHIMA and AAPC, Alexandre has created new businesses (AHIMA World Congress) and expand market opportunities to achieve the full potential and professional recognition for the Members and Customers around the world.

He brings in a broad experience in GCC region, South East Asia/Pac, Europe and recognized skills in building strategic partnerships, cross-market penetration and organizational business development.

With his solid expertise of both start-up and corporate environments, Alexandre’s experience has spanned from leading the Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream introductions in Europe to later be a part of original teams with early hi-tech companies such as Verisign/Networks Solutions (Web and Internet) and CorasWorks (SharePoint). 

Alexandre’s nonprofit and professional credentialing experience has started with joining SHRM in 2010 as its Business Development Director to lead the certifications products and market development and doubling its revenue within 4 years. 

With his stellar reputation for managing a complex Business Development, Team Operations and Consultative Sales processes, Alexandre is dedicated to making the cdiWorks a success and becoming a recognized force in the CDI consultative, training and professional development practices with focus on Clinical, DRG and Medical Coding Validations, CDI Gap Analyses and Data Analytics and CDI Training for Physicians, HIM and RCM professionals.
